Your record comes first.

Everything WinPath does — the opportunities it finds, the routes it recommends, the answer it gives on whether to apply, the response it drafts — is read against one record of your company. The Elemental Record is that record.

What it is

What your company is: registered name and number, status, address, directors, from Companies House. What it does: products, services, sectors, locations, from your own website. What it can evidence: accreditations, insurances, policies, past contracts, case studies, people — the things a buyer asks for and a bid has to prove.

The first version is built for you from Companies House and your website before the report runs. From there it is yours: you add the evidence, and every stage after this one gets better as you do.

How it is built and kept

1

Validated

Your company is matched at Companies House and your website confirmed. No match, no record.

2

Built

The basic record is drawn from the two sources: identity from Companies House, what you do from your site.

3

Evidenced

On subscription you open the record and add documents: accreditations, insurances, policies, case studies. Each one is dated and tracked.

4

Kept current

Expiring evidence is flagged before it lapses. The record stays ready for the next bid.

What it feeds

Discovery

Notices and routes to market are matched to what the record says you do.

Qualify

Readiness is read straight off the evidence: what is in place, what is expiring, what is missing.

Respond

Responses are drafted from your evidence, not from a template.

Next: Discovery.

Every notice and every route to market that fits the record.
